What Patients Said

My daughter was seen today for possible cold/cough (respiratory distress). Check in was smooth, lady at front was nice. Went downhill from there. The doctor who saw my daughter walked in (Dr Schnitz? Not sure if the spelling is correct.)The room for ONLY a few minutes. Did NOT check her ears, throat or nose, only listened to her lungs and VOILA! he left! What kind of a doctor are you? Did NOT give me a chance to ask questions. The 1 star is for the staff who checked us in! Never ever coming back here again.

Is it possible to give zero stars?
Horrendous experience at this urgent care. After being triaged over the phone and told to come in within 15 minutes so the IV I needed could be completed before they closed, I was met with a terrible doctor who knew nothing about my condition and refused to treat me. He had the nurse perform an orthostatic test without examining me for what I came in for, dehydration. He was cold, unempathetic, and unethical, running tests (running up my bill) up until their closing time just to tell me right before they closed, he would not be giving me the IV I needed and had come in for.
He ran tests I have never had run at an urgent care, coming in dehydrated, including an orthostatic test after I told him I was on orthostatic medication. This sorry excuse for a doctor kept me from receiving the care I needed, running multiple tests to cash in on me.
I will absolutely never go to this place again. I would never recommend them to anyone. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling with them. I just went to the closest urgent care to my home that did IVs because I needed help.
Do not put your fragile health in these people's hands.

Horrible Experience at Urgent Care
I am writing this review while still waiting at the urgent care facility, and I am beyond frustrated with the treatment we have received.
We were seen by a wonderful doctor who examined my child and instructed us to go to the front desk to arrange an X-ray. However, when we approached the front desk, the woman there told us to write the patient's name on a slip of paper. As I took literally 10 seconds to do this, she left the reception area and disappeared behind a door.
My child, who is on crutches, has now been waiting for over 20 minutes at the window with no assistance. I can hear this woman laughing and chatting behind the wall, clearly not concerned about the patients she is supposed to be helping. When I asked her colleagues at the front desk to either call her back or assist us themselves, they just said, "It's fine, just wait."
Meanwhile, all the seats in the lobby are taken, and my child is struggling to stay balanced on crutches, trying not to fall. This is unacceptable for an urgent care facility that is supposed to provide timely care and support, especially to someone clearly in need.
The lack of professionalism and basic empathy is appalling. We came here expecting care, not to be ignored and dismissed. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I sincerely hope management addresses this unacceptable behavior.
