Dr. Chung is truly the best dentist I've ever had! From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt at ease. Dr. Chung is not only skilled and professional but also incredibly caring and attentive. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The level of expertise and genuine care I received here is unmatched. I can't recommend Dr. Chung enough – she has completely transformed my dental experience!

tried to prescribe me a medicine I'm allergic to after it being in my chart AND verbally telling oral surgeon before the surgery appointment. Front desk staff are extremely unprofessional and don't know how to answer the phone, let alone keep their conversations private. (We all talk at work, but maybe not shout out of doors at each other? Or talk about the patient who's sitting in a dead waiting room?) This isn't even getting into the next-to-nothing post op information I was given, or even a proper run down of my post operation medications, let alone the callousness I dealt with after dealing with complications. If you're referred here by another APLA office- RUN! I should have just put my wisdom teeth on a credit card!!!

Today I went to the dental clinic, but they have a young man who works for a security company. He's very scary and aggressive. It's not trustworthy and comfortable coming to the clinic. They intimidate and harass you. It's a terrible experience, truly scary.
