Insurance and Coverage
- Denti-Cal
- Not confirmed This office is listed as taking Denti-Cal but we could not find it in the current state listing. That is not the same as a no, so call and ask.
- Medi-Cal plan type
- Fee for service. Medi-Cal dental also runs through managed care plans in Sacramento and Los Angeles counties, and the state list we check does not cover those. If you are on a dental plan card rather than plain Medi-Cal, ask the office whether they take your plan.
- Other insurance
- Not known. This list is built around Medi-Cal dental, so it does not track private plans. Ask the office which ones they take.

Received an email from Jocelin Valenzuela with a document that I couldn't review. I called Jocelin 5 times and left 5 messages in 4 days! No return call. I finally get her on the phone just now and she tells me her email was compromised and IT was working to resolve. When did you learn of the compromise? When was I going to be notified of the compromise? Why do you have a voicemail that you don't listen or respond to Jocelin??? Lastly, are you new?

Negative 1 for this place! I have been getting calls from them since june 28th. I do not know this place, am not a patient, nor am I trying to receive workers comp. They keep calling even after being told to stop and was told I was put on a no call list. After yelling at the operator today, if I receive anymore calls from them I will be taking legal action. The phone calls have got to STOP! This is now harrassment
