Insurance and Coverage
- Denti-Cal
- Not confirmed This office is listed as taking Denti-Cal but we could not find it in the current state listing. That is not the same as a no, so call and ask.
- Medi-Cal plan type
- Fee for service. Medi-Cal dental also runs through managed care plans in Sacramento and Los Angeles counties, and the state list we check does not cover those. If you are on a dental plan card rather than plain Medi-Cal, ask the office whether they take your plan.
- Other insurance
- Not known. This list is built around Medi-Cal dental, so it does not track private plans. Ask the office which ones they take.

I had the unfortunate need to go to this so call clinic on April 10th wasn’t feeling well, and honestly what I saw was horrible and plain out disgusting situation I ever seen.
I was being helped by a lady in urgent care, did not catch her name, but she was very nice professional and respectful to me and understood I was just not feeling it, made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. While helping me, this other lady(Lili) came up with a bad attitude and such a angry demeanor, didn’t even say hi or acknowledge me as if I was not even there. She just started talking to the employee in a such a hostile and angry tone, raising her voice and scolding this employee right in front of everyone. Had no human decency or respect. How do people act like this and have no consequences for there actions.
It was very uncomfortable to watch. People sitting in the waiting area were turning around because of how loud and obscene she was acting. She questioned if the employee even knew how to do her job, which I thought was completely out of line and embarrassing for her, If you have an issue have some respect and pull the employee to side and speak to her. Do not treat a person/adult as if she was a kid ,so uncalled for.
After I asked who she was, and they told me she’s a supervisor named Lili. That honestly shocked me. I did not think someone in that position would be acting like that, especially in front of patients and staff. I hope and told the lady she needed to report her to HR as this type of behavior is not professional for a person in that position, it looked to come naturally to her supervisor which leads me to believe this is not the first time she does this.
The employee kept helping me, but you could tell it affected her mentally and emotionally. She looked nervous and upset, and it made me feel bad for her. I was already feeling crappy, and seeing something like that made my trip here even worse. I hope she reported this lady, people like that have no need to be in a position as such and work in healthcare or anywhere that involves interaction with people. They just create an unpleasant and hostile work environment smh - no empathy or respect for anyone.
I had heard before that staff here can be rude but I could have never imagine how bad people could be. Now I understand and believe what they say about this place. So sad 😢

I hurt my shoulder and haven't been able to sleep for a week. I'm type 1 diabetic and my blood sugars are awful without sleep and in pain so I went into this Urgent Care for help twice. The first time they gave me a shot that didn't help & when I went back they did nothing that helped at all.

SWITCHING OUT OF HDRHC WAS THE BEST DECISION I MADE THIS YEAR!
Patients have the option to file a PATIENTS GREVIENCE FORM to report their unsatisfaction. Anyone unsatisfied with the services offered here can switch Doctors ASAP. I called my insurance and the next day I had a new doctor that I choose. 1. For example: you can find the doctor on the (LA Care Health Plan/Find a Provider) (check the reviews) make a list of the top 3 Doctors your interested in. 2. Call insurance tell them you want to switch primary care Doctors. Also have the Doctors information ready when they ask. Follow the same steps if you want to switch specialist. The process is pretty fast and EASY!
I dont mind driving to LA to see my Doctor because after all your health is your biggest Asset! Or if you can't drive just use the (CAll THE CAR) service since they offer transportation just ask your insurance if eligible.
