Insurance and Coverage
- Denti-Cal
- Not confirmed This office is listed as taking Denti-Cal but we could not find it in the current state listing. That is not the same as a no, so call and ask.
- Medi-Cal plan type
- Fee for service. Medi-Cal dental also runs through managed care plans in Sacramento and Los Angeles counties, and the state list we check does not cover those. If you are on a dental plan card rather than plain Medi-Cal, ask the office whether they take your plan.
- Other insurance
- Not known. This list is built around Medi-Cal dental, so it does not track private plans. Ask the office which ones they take.

Today a July 24, 2025 at 2:15 pm a Hispanic nurse around 40-50 years old absolutely disrespected my aunt who’s in her late 70s. (I wish I would’ve gotten her name but my aunt was too embarrassed about what had happened to her to even check) On the first floor, general medical department a disgusting nurse who should have stayed home asked my poor aunt if she was still taking a specific medication, in which my aunt responded with “it gave me lots of pain….” and was quickly cut off by this nurse and said “ I didn’t ask you if it caused you pain I asked you if you were still taking the medication”. Are you freaking kidding me? Next week I will go back to ask for this nurse and speak to management because what kind of customer service are you providing to your patients and to OLDER PATIENTS. How absolutely ridiculous and nasty of a person do you have to be to speak to someone like this. My aunt left absolutely embarrassed and belittled by this staff member. This is who people are trusting to provide health care?! Absolutely not. DO NOT COME HERE AND DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE, at all costs. One of the basic rules of nursing is to be a good compassionate person before you can provide good care……so disgusting.

Expect to wait forever while the desk reps talk to everyone about their personal lives and bs. Make sure you doctors notes dates and names are correct because it's January 2026 and they wanna give me a note with someone else's name on it for August 2025 like how outdated could you possibly be. No responsibility taken for their negligence and no apologies given for almost putting your job at risk with a fake note.
