What Patients Said
4.0 out of 5 from 16 reviews.
I have been with the Rubiano's for more than 50 years! The care and love they give me is like no other ! I have always had the best care. I tried another dentist and was not happy! Bill has the most gentle touch ! My kids love him. As for the previous reviews you should be ashamed . Bill and his staff have always been kind and will bend over backwards. The fact you expect them to change their plans for 1 person is crazy! Things happen equipment can break . To write a bad review won't detur all of bills loyal patients.

Do not Visit this dentist office! Save yourself the frustration. I need to do a root canal and they scheduled me December 18th (keep in mind I drove 8 hours from college to make the appointment because that was their last day open). They called me the 20 minutes before the appointment to tell me their suction machine broke and that I would need to reschedule until they opened again. Which is insane because the actual dentist, Rubiano, is retired and only comes in one week for the whole month. I called again today (1/05) and they informed me Rubiano definitely would not be in this first week (AFTER CANCELLING ON MULTIPLE PATIENTS) a good dentist would take a day or two off his vacation retirement to assist the clients he canceled on. Anywho, do not! And I repeat do not get help from this dentist. horrible, dreadful, infuriating experience. The absolute worst.

I have been a patient of Doctor Rubiano for over 28 years!! He is not only professional but empathetic, will listen and work with you about any issues you might have. I have known him and Aracely for many years and I feel very lucky to say they have never changed the way they are and the way they treat you. These people are a truly blessing to have. All I can say is that I know God will keep on blessing this business and everyone in it. Thank you Dr. Rubiano and staff. You are all truly wonderful and appreciated. ❤️
