My mother saw Dr.Perla. she and the support staff here are all very caring and very gentle in their approach. the reception staff are also great. friendly and helpful. I would give X-ray technician 10 stars.... he was so gentle and so understanding in handling my mom. highly recommend them.

Terrible attitude by the receptionist at the lab on 4/24. The mannerism, attitude and the tone ruined my experience, and I even felt annoyed at how she treated others. Be ready to hear a “like I said” and a “this is why”, and be pointed at signs so you can read them. For a place responsible for patient health , you would expect kindness.

I am writing to share a concern about my recent visit to your office. My family have been coming to this clinic for almost 9 years, and overall we value the medical care we receive. However, during my last visit, the receptionist in the Lab department Thursday 3:30pm treated us in a very unprofessional manner. Her attitude was disrespectful and unhelpful, which made the experience very disappointing, especially during a doctor’s visit that is already stressful for families and children. I believe that front desk staff play a very important role, as they are the first point of contact for patients. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior can strongly affect a patient’s decision to continue using a clinic or even remain with an insurance provider. I hope this feedback can be taken seriously and shared with the supervisor and staff so that future patients and families are treated with respect and kindness.
