Dr. Jared and all the dentist, technicians and receptionist were friendly, professional and caring. I’m a big baby when it comes to my teeth and these wonderful people treated me kindly and gently. I went in with a broken tooth expecting an extraction and Dr. Jared was convinced he could save it. I had an abscess as well which they drained with a root canal and now I have a beautiful porcelain crown instead of a hole. I can’t thank them enough for all the concern they showed me. I would recommend this office wholeheartedly!

I wrote a review last year because I was very pleased with the reception all around. After my recent appt this week. I had to update my review. I am very disappointed with the front staff. Dr Jared, Rose, and the back staff I give 5 stars too. The front reception staff I have to give 1/2 of 1 star for their effort. The guy behind the front reception area has very poor customer service skills. Very unprofessional, rude, sarcastic and unattentive to patients in front lobby. Customer service has gone down dramaticly . I have left 4 messages for Dr Jared and Rose. Today is day 3 my appt is tomarrow and I have not had a return call. The guy up front took it upon himself to cancel my appt without confirming with me. Dr Jared I hope you check your reviews. This guy seems to think he is taking over your practice.

I wish I had listened to everyone else. Do not and I repeat, DO NOT come here. I just filed a grievance form with my insurance. This place is known to overcharge and lie to insurance companies about prices. If I did not check my insurance statement claim, I would not have known and they would not have told me. I asked Cesar to refund me and rather than doing that, he proceeds to tell me to call the insurance and have them tell him. Insurance companies don't work that way and after I called my dental insurance again, they told me since he did not comply, to file a grievance form and they will be doing further investigations. So wrong. A simple x-ray should have only costed me $80, not $180. If you came here recently and have insurance that is in network, check your claims statement because I know they most likely overcharged you. Not satisfied at all with their service as they only seem to care about money and not you. Never ever stepping foot here ever again.
