The staff here is very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. However, I have experienced significant scheduling and wait-time issues during every appointment over the past eight months. Most recently, my 3:45 PM appointment was delayed by 40 minutes, and I noticed other patients who arrived after me being called in first. Because of these delays, I unfortunately lost an hour of work. I highly recommend that management reviews their scheduling system or considers expanding their capacity to better handle the patient volume and respect everyone's time.

Roxana was great. Everytime I come back, the staff is super nice and accommodating. So far my orthodontic experience with western dental anaheim has been nothing but positive.
