What Patients Said
4.3 out of 5 from 22 reviews.
I traveled across the world from Los Angeles for this surgery. Before the procedure, I had an extensive consultation with Dr. Sarkan regarding my hairline. He personally drew the hairline, we made several adjustments together, and we clearly agreed on the final pattern. Photos were taken, and only then did I proceed with the surgery. The result looks nothing like what we agreed on. Immediately after the procedure, I raised my concerns with multiple doctors and staff members, explaining that the hairline did not match the planned design. THEY FOLLOWED THE WRONG LINE! I requested a retouch. I was repeatedly assured that within four weeks it would look exactly like the agreed-upon photos, and if not, they would reimburse my airfare. THEY LIED. After four weeks, the result was unchanged. When I contacted the clinic again, they told me to wait six months. I did. Nothing changed. When I contacted the office again, they admitted the outcome did not match the plan, yet they refused to take any responsibility and ignored their earlier assurances. This experience cost me significant time, money, and emotional stress. The lack of accountability after admitting fault is unacceptable. SEE THE PHOTOS.

I caught Dr. Sarkissian’s office committing INSURANCE FRAUD.
Long story short, they charged my insurance for services they supposedly rendered to me on dates that I wasn’t in their office, some of which dates I wasn’t even in the state of California on. At first, I thought it was just a file mix-up with someone else’s records, which I understand could be a genuine mistake, but when the issue was pointed out to them, they doubled down and said that the charges were correct. I ended up having to file a claim with the Department of Managed HealthCare, which “ruled” (for lack a better term) in my favor and caused Dr. Sarkissian’s office to refund my insurance for the false claims.
A few weeks later, I got a letter from Dr. Sarkissian saying that she was dropping me as a patient, stating “it is my opinion that my recommendations for your dental treatment are not being accepted by you and not being followed.” I already didn’t want to go back to this office after the insurance problems, but I called them to ask for specifics about what recommendations I wasn’t accepting/following. The receptionist confirmed with me over the phone that they were in fact dropping me as a patient because I filed a claim against them and they had to refund my insurance, meaning what was said in the letter was also a lie. I already knew that, but the receptionist confirmed it.
On top of that, they have it in their heads that they don’t have to provide medical records to a patient when the patient requests them. Patients are legally entitled to copies of all of their medical records! The receptionist tried to intimidate me into getting a lawyer to send them an official request for the records, but I told them I would be sending an email and they are legally required to send me my records.
They either genuinely don’t know the laws around medical records or they are hiding something, and that “something” is that they claim I was in their office for services on multiple dates that I was not. They know it, and I know it.
I will not be going back, nor will the 2 other patients I referred to them, and you shouldn’t go to them either!

Amazing professionals, friendly, honest, we had an emergency situation from an appointment with another dentist and I needed someone to help us asap as the previous doctor basically refused to take us. This office was able to help right away, and entire team was cheering up my little girl during the procedure. Affordable prices if you don’t have an insurance too. Thank you!
