I don't have words good enough to explain the impact that Elizabeth Everett, NP, has had on my life. I've been going through an extremely difficult time, personally, emotionally, physically and financially. I just got clean off of a 6 year addiction to fentanyl, too, and I can honestly say that if I didn't have someone this astute, professional, experienced, and with the same level of expertise that she maintains in all of the care that she renders to me, I don't know if I would have made it this far into my recovery. I can honestly just about credit her with saving my life, in an incredibly complex variety of ways, that I would have to type pages here to comprehensively explain, and some of the information is even more sensitive than a drug addiction, so this isn't the place. But I can without a doubt in my mind maintain that if everybody had this level of care medically, the world would be a better place. Because ive never felt this level of support before. I know in the back of my mind that my challenges have solutions when I have someone like this on my team. I feel more confident, because I know that during a very turbulent time in my life, transitioning out of an addiction, and with a decade-plus worth of neglected health issues and problems, I have someone who is the best. I honestly didn't know having such a good PCP was like this, because it changes things. NONE of my health problems are being neglected anymore, and I know that the hardest part is already over, because I'm on the rebound now physically. But that brings with it the emotional components, and I have this de-facto proof that the universe loves me and that this world is a good place because I have someone who REALLY, REALLY cares, and has dedicated herself to mastering applying that compassion and drive in the physical realm. She is a golden, illuminating, shining example of what Primary Care should be like. She's the doctor that everyone wishes they had. She does it with grace and empathy. And I really, REALLY don't want to think about what my life would be like if I didn't have her in it. Because when I TRULY needed someone as a good as her to help me seal the deal pushing my way out of out of a lifestyle of self destruction and suffering, she was there. I can NEVER, EVER thank her enough. And I called her a doctor, even though she is technically a Nurse Practitioner, but I swear I never want to be treated at a Primary Care Provider level by ANYONE ELSE, EVER AGAIN. And you can't make me!!

This is the worst clinic of all time and that is not an exaggeration. First of all, I was sent by this clinic in for a sleep test where the results were NEVER shared with me until months later. I called, messaged, everything and every time I was told they haven't gotten it yet. Next appointment I have doctor casually tells me I have severe sleep apnea. Wish I had been told that long before my exam! Entire time the doctor belittles me on my weight and shifts her focus on to it every time I brought up a health concern that was irrelevant to it. I explain to her that I'd like to get a CPAP machine and she's like well either CPAP machine or weight loss drug. I tell her I want the CPAP machine as an immediate solution, tells me shes just gonna write up the weight loss drug prescription for me. Every time I physically try to see my doctor I get a different one who is 10x worse and more rude. The girls who work the front desk are also very rude and unprofessional. I personally work a front desk job and genuinely if I ever resembled any of their attitudes I would be ashamed of myself. Multiple times I have talked to the front desk to get a phone visit and each time I never receive a phone call. Well, lo and behold I take a look at my scheduled appointments to find out they NEVER scheduled me. I confronted them saying why are you guys not properly setting up my appointment and they just tell me "Well I have another one for this day". Absolutely MISERABLE, do not EVER go to this clinic.

I’ve been coming to VCC for about 30 years, and they’ve always been there for me whenever I needed care. Even during times when I couldn’t afford much, they still made sure I got the support I needed. Yes, the wait can be a bit long at times, but that’s understandable—there are only so many doctors and plenty of patients. Once I’m in, though, I never feel rushed. They take the time to listen, ask questions, and make sure all my concerns are addressed. That’s why it’s an easy five stars from me.
