I had tooth pain for 2 days and called around to see if I could be seen, everywhere was by appointment only. I called here and was able to be seen within 30 minutes. Got to my appointment and the front receptionist was super friendly and very helpful. Didn't have to wait long, had x-rays and dr Li came in and examined my teeth. Told me everything that needed to be done in detail and explained why certain procedures needed to be done. He was very thorough during the whole visit. Dr. Li is a dentist who shows he cares about his patients. I was very impressed and will be going there from now on.

Let me give a run down..so I had my teeth examined around October of 2023,Because I was having some tooth pains. Everything was fine at first people were nice and everything.I needed a root canal,But they made a mistake on there part because at the time. My insurance covered the the root canal but still needed the crown to cap a Giant hole that is still present to this day..My insurance was already going to end and me at the time,the only way for me to get that crown cap was thru my insurance..Well,they messed up the submission or something with the insurance and said they have to resubmit it again to be approved.So,I waited again and now the day I come in to get my crown done.they said that my insurance just expired just a day before or 2 and that I would have to pay the sum out of pocket. Because they couldn't submit it right the first time I am now stuck with 1 Big Gap of a hole on my bottom,left,rear tooth and it is beginning to become painful again where they did the root canal .(I Would like to add a picture of my root canal but that would be unsettling) I'm sorry if I'm upset but this is now affecting me now and with how much other dentist wanna charge me for a root canal cap is insane,And now I have no choice but to hold the pain in and pay out of pocket..

This dental office runs like a well oiled machine. I took my 4 kids yesterday. Esmeralda was quick and friendly, Rose and Miranda were very helpful and very welcoming. Josefina is like the glue that holds it all together and last but not least, Dr. Power is very professional and understanding. I will recommends this office to everyone and anyone. Thank you for letting me do this review !!
