This place is just a medi-cal dentist. On top of that there is a receptionist, a dental hygienist, and the dentist all of the same decent so they do things just a little different probably making some Americans a little uncomfortable. Everyone speaks English tho obviously. I don’t see dr. Phann anymore because I’m trying to move up in life and his quality of care doesn’t match my expectations. Not saying anything bad about him. Know the place you are getting care from before hand. My husband still sees dr. Phann. My husband is perfectly ok to have a tooth ache and getting the tooth pulled. I am not ok with that. The receptionist is better than the old one who never answered the phones EVER but still isn’t the best. Nice kid, but I’ve worked customer service and there is no excuse I can give to him except for he is foreign? I think if customer service were to be better the entire place would be better. I mean I only now deal with the customer service side of it all due to my husband so yeah. That would be nice. Ps. I at one point have had my family of 4 all patients of dr. Phann since 2016 and now in 2025 only my husband remains as he doesn’t deal with the customer service side of any of it and dr. Phann dental care is perfect for him and his needs. I hope this review helps somebody to make an informed decision before going into the office only to bash the place after because you were uninformed. Now everybody is put on notice and now be American and be free to choose the dentist you want to see. Peace and love ❤️

I am putting a 1 star because there is no 0 star on here. My girlfriend went to get a root canal and fillings done. However, the filling was incomplete, even though they said that she was done. Rather than giving her the three surface coating and taking out all of the infection, they poorly filled in the inside (while leaving an indent) and didn't do the rest of the procedure.
Now this is the worst part... whatever they did with her root canal, she is in extreme pain even after 4 days. It spiked when she woke up, and the 600mg ibuprofen that Vinh prescribed to her does not work in the slightest.
Never coming back here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife called in to make an appointment for my two son getting their teeth done, and they was booked for a week, but since we mentioned we need to get them examined for school, they was able to scheduled us next day in. The process was smooth, Dr.Vinh made my son felt so comfortable and was able to get his teeth done easily. Thank you for a great service.
