Avoid this place unless you have tons of time. The staff and dentists are great super nice and professional, however there is an very frustrating office policy that you have to come for each service separately. Since I need two fillings I will have to come four times 1. for exam, 2 for cleaning, 3 visit for one filling and a 4th visit for the other filling.

Whatever you do do not take your child to get checked by the doctors here. My son And I were in a minor car accident and I did not take my son to the emergency room because he was fine and it was flu season and I did not want to get him sick my sonwas nine months and Just learned how to crawl and I showed a video to the doctor which she had an attitude from day one that I met her. She stated that it looked like he had a limp when he crawled and then continue to question me why I didn’t take him to the emergency room, even though he was completely fine. She threatened to call the police and ambulance on me. if I didn’t go to the emergency room, so I went just approved there was nothing wrong even the nurses at the emergency room or like why would she say that she did way too much so, I never wanted to go to that doctor again and she then filed a DCFS case on me without any pictures nor did she see him crawl in her office which it is more than normal for kids legs to look a little wonky when they just learned how to crawl this doctor is absolutely horrible and I have no idea how she passed medical school

My kids have been seen by Dr. Alarcon for several years and she recently moved from the South Gate Dental location to Chap Care. It takes me 40+ mins to get to this location, but it’s worth the drive. Dr. Alarcon is very friendly, compassionate and is an excellent dentist! She performed a painless tooth extraction on my 7yr old and when he returned for a follow up he was excited to see her once again. Thank you Dr. Alarcon for your exceptional care and dedication!
