• Office staff were very.effucue t, professional, friendly, personable, and helpful from initial phone call thru end of appt. Dr. SAH explained using the radiography what he saw and hus opi ion and his reasons for that opinion. Very pleasant and caring. My prior root canal treated tooth had fractured and due to bone loss good not be re-treated and he recommended extraction w a possible implant. He told me he would notify my regular dentist. I felt he would have tried to save the tooth if possible and that he was caring. I have been to many endodontists as Queen of the Root Canals and he was in the upper rating of endodontists.

• I was welcomed by friendly and helpful front desk staff that got me set up as a new patient at SR Endodontics. The office runs smoothly and on time. I was very happy to have Dr. Awad as my doctor - she was very kind and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure she will be doing. She wanted to answer all my questions and did so with patience and thoroughness. I feel prepared for the procedure itself and the recovery care afterwards.

• To be fair, I hope I don't need to go back anytime soon, but if I needed another root canal I would definitely return to Dr Awad at Santa Rosa Endodontics. She was friendly, pleasant, and professional, and was gracious and respectful to her assistant, Ana, who was also quite competent and helpful. The procedure was as close to painless as a root canal can hope to be. At Dr Awad's recommendation I took ibuprofen and acetaminophen the day I had it done, but I didn't need any after that day. Excellent work.
