I’ve been bringing my kids here since they were babies and I love this place. The Doctors, nurses, hygienist & receptionist are all so lovely always so helpful with my kiddos. I always feel so welcomed. My kids are always treated so nicely. They’re so gentle and kind and explain the process to both parents and kids as they’re working on Them.

This is High Volume dental clinic so do expect a wait but it’s worth it because my children do not leave terrified of the dentist if you do not wish to wait get a PPO insurance and find a private dental office. I always speak highly of this dental office because I have taken my daughters to multiple dental offices and this is the one that made my daughters feel comfortable. If you have medical learn to have patience not everyone accepts our insurance.

Every time we come in, we wait so long. Today out appointment was at 9 - there was no communication that is was anything other than a routine check up. They brought us in to take some quick X-rays and then back out to the waiting room for an hour now. We didn't know the plan was to get x-rays today so we didn't prepare our kiddo for that. She was very overwhelmed and was ready to go home after that. My husband and I both came with our toddler and we arrived early to make sure we could get checked in early. As far as time efficiency, it's pretty frustrating because we both have work. So when it's been over an hour since our arrival and we haven't seen a doctor yet, and no one has communicated a timeline. They brought us into the back into a station but we've been sitting here for almost an additional 30 minutes. We all came in happy and ready to get my daughters teeth checked and my kiddo keeps asking to leave and my husband and I are officially miserable. So far, it's been an hour and a half since our appointment time and we'll likely leave at the 2+ hour mark. More efficient processes need to be implemented because this is not okay when folks have to miss 2+ hours of work for an appointment that should be 30 minutes or less.
