Worst experience ever! The employees are not polite at on phone. I’ve been waiting since beginning of 1st week of Dec 2025 to get a crown down and now it May 2026 and they keep postpone my appts again til July or Aug. I’ve been waiting to long to have finished work done and been taking almost 6 months and going be another month or 2 to get appts just for the work need done. They are the only Dental that provide for in the area. And g they don’t really help people. Do not go to them! The worst!!!

Phenomenal care here at MACT Dental in Jackson! All the way from the ladies in the front who make it a nice pleasant experience when you walk in -to the Dr's and hygienists in the back that can help anyone keep their mouth in good shape. These folks are solid.
