Parkway Dental and Implants in Tracy is Superb- by far the best dental office I have gone too. The Dentist (Dr. Chang) and Dental Assistant (Jot) are professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and intelligent. I wholeheartedly recommend this office for anyone who is looking for an excellent work and service.
Update: I had another procedure done at Parkway Dental with Dr. Sharma and Sadaf, his assistant which are another A++ team at this dental office. Among the best work I have ever done, really.
Karan, the Business Manager at Parkway is also professional and intelligent.
We are so incredibly fortunate to have this wonderful team of Dental professionals nearby in our City of Tracy.

It is unfortunate that the other staff has to deal with bad reviews due to Dr sharma who is incredibly unprofessional. Came into my room with disrespect and a horrible attitude. Did not let me speak and was extremely rude. I’m sure the whole staff heard him across the room. Shows zero empathy towards patients. What a horrible way to treat a patient. would not recommend.

This place is great BUT Dr.Sharma is 100% a business man that cares about PROFITS first before a caring dentist that ACTUALLY cares for its patients. They have screwed up on both of my root canals and crowns. I had gotten a root canal done about a year ago and it failed, it got severely infected and I was dealing with a high fever and infection spread to my neck. I consulted with 2 other dentist before because I thought the problem was my wisdom tooth, both other dentist confirmed it was a poorly done root canal that got reinfected.
I went back to parkway dental immediately due to 10/10 severe pain, pain so bad that I haven’t slept in 2 days and couldn’t talk without pain.
Instead having real integrity and ownership of having done a poor job on the root canal and offering me and emergency accommodation to alleviate me of my suffering.They stated that my medi-cal will take 2 weeks to approve a re-treatment so they can’t do anything about it unless I pay out of pocket the day of.
Dr.Sharma doubled down stating that the reason my root canal failed was due to my wisdom tooth.
Dr.Sharma was too cowardly to speak to me after I requested to do so.
His staff is awesome, the other dentist that work there are amazing as well. Dr.Sharma himself is an embarrassment to his own establishment. Operates with full ego and 0 integrity.
