I met with the doctor to explain that I had relied on the information provided by the office when I agreed to proceed with treatment. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the situation, and made the decision to take care of the balance himself.
That experience told me everything I needed to know about this practice. It’s one thing to provide excellent dental care, but it’s another to stand behind your patients and do what you believe is right when an unexpected situation arises.
Integrity is hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate how professionally and respectfully this was handled. I’m grateful for the care I’ve received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely values their patients.

Dr.Joshi is the best. Was in severe pain 2 plus weeks. Needed a retreat root canal and Dr.Joshi was the doctor to treat me when I couldnt find any other dentist, they got me in fast, he also treats his patients great. Highly recommend him.
