Unbelievable experience! Greeted by Jordan who was so wonderful and kind! Her smiling face was the perfect way to start off my experience! Brandon took my xrays etc and seemed to be the “go to guy” for everyone! He was professional, knowledgeable and his customer service was stellar. My dentist, Dr Janotta was so incredible and I trusted her from the get go! And then the person who came with the “bad news”, Ayde (the person to discuss the finances did her job splendidly. She helped me to understand clearly and answered all of my questions! This was truly the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office! They were efficient, knowledgeable and their customer service was above all others . Thank you!

I recently started going to this office, and it has easily been the worst dental experience I have ever had. This is clearly a corporate-run practice that prioritizes high-pressure sales tactics over actual patient care. It feels exactly like sitting at a car dealership being pushed into buying an extended warranty. Here are the main reasons I will not be returning: The "Courtesy" Saliva Test Scam: They offer a complimentary saliva test, which is just a scare tactic to pressure you into spending hundreds of dollars on treatments that insurance will not cover. After doing their recommended treatments, I had to fight just to get a free retest. Shockingly, my second results were significantly worse than the first, and they completely failed to explain why that would be.
Constant Sales Pressure: When I returned for my second standard cleaning, the pressure started all over again, pushing for even more unnecessary, out-of-pocket treatments. Poor Workmanship & Oversight: After a visit, I thought the hygienist had chipped one of my teeth. I had to make an extra trip back to the office, only to find out it wasn't a chip, but rather left-over dental cement from the work they did four months prior.
Lack of Internal Communication: While a different dentist in the office was cleaning off that leftover cement, he pointed out another tooth that he thought had an issue. It turned out to be work they just performed at my previous visit. They don't even seem to trust or know what their own colleagues are doing.
I do not understand how any ethical dentist can feel good about scamming patients who rely on them for honest healthcare. If you want an office that actually cares about your oral health instead of their corporate bottom line, look elsewhere. I am moving back to a small, private dental practice where patients are treated like people, not profit margins.

I have been going to Anaheim Hills Dental Group and Orthodontics for almost 3 years (maybe more) and have always experienced great, friendly, fast service. Always professional and never feel like a patient going through a revolving door.
Last year, Andy was super helpful when I needed help financing my treatment, for personal reasons. I believe their fee's are reasonable and not over-priced.
Today I was seen and helped by Dr. Charshafjian, Michelle, and Gloria for an upper crown. They were all very attentive, asked me questions throughout my procedure, explained what was going to be done every step, and made sure I wasn’t experiencing ANY discomfort!
I actually look forward to going to the dentist here. You leave smiling not just because of their caring service, but the mood/vibe is always upbeat, friendly, and clean! I cannot recommend this group more highly. Thank you Dr. C, Michelle, Gloria, and the rest of the team! See you soon 🦷🪥🦷🪥
