Insurance and Coverage
- Denti-Cal
- Confirmed Yes. Confirmed in the state's fee for service provider listing, enrolled since 2022
- Medi-Cal plan type
- Fee for service. Medi-Cal dental also runs through managed care plans in Sacramento and Los Angeles counties, and the state list we check does not cover those. If you are on a dental plan card rather than plain Medi-Cal, ask the office whether they take your plan.
- Safety net clinic
- Yes. Clinics like this usually see patients with Medi-Cal, with other public coverage, and with no coverage at all on a sliding scale. Ask what they charge if you are uninsured.
- Other insurance
- Not known. This list is built around Medi-Cal dental, so it does not track private plans. Ask the office which ones they take.
What Patients Said
4.4 out of 5 from 296 reviews.
I had a wonderful experience at My Primary Omni Family Health. My provider Yang Sua was very professional, caring, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Also, Erika at the front desk is amazing — she is friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. She made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic. They truly care about their patients. 10 stars — they absolutely deserve it!

Dr Moradi is one of a kind and she is exactly the type of doctor I was looking for. She's very thorough. She sits down with you and actually takes the time to explain things to you. She doesn't rush you and you don't feel like a number. She listens to you and you get the impression that she actually cares. She is a real blessing and she is the gold standard for how all doctors should be.
The staff is real friendly as well and they make you feel at home and you get a nice welcome. The only negative is the parking but it's just a nitpick as I've had no issues with it. If you want to find a space though show up to your appointment early or availability may vary. So if you're looking for a doctor give Dr Moradi a shot. You will like her.

Dr. Moradi is honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She’s so kind, compassionate, and really knows what she’s doing. You can tell she actually cares and takes the time to listen, which means a lot.
Sometimes the wait can be a little long (I’ve waited around 40 minutes before), but I don’t even mind because she’s totally worth it. I’d rather wait and see a doctor like her than be rushed in and out.
I feel really lucky to have her as my doctor and would definitely recommend her to anyone.
