I had a great experience with this dental office. From my first phone call to my visits in the office, the receptionist has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire staff is personable, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable.
The dental work I’ve had done so far has been excellent, and I’ve been very pleased with the care I’ve received. What impressed me most was the extra effort the doctor took to help ensure my insurance approved a procedure that I needed. That level of dedication and patient advocacy is rare and greatly appreciated.
If you’re looking for a dental office with outstanding customer service and quality care, I highly recommend them.

I’m sure the dental work is sound, I never had any problems with any of that. But the office manager/receptionist is beyond rude. I thought it was just me, being too sensitive, til I watched her talk to other patients the same way. WAY over the line! I’m very happy with my new dentist, whose staff is really friendly.

This review pertains to an incident with Dr. Irina Sahaki's receptionist on Monday 04/03/2023 which is the reason why I am switching my entire family to another dental care provider.
Dr. Irina Sahaki and her dental assistants are very nice and polite who treat their patients with respect and the dental work is great that calls for a 5-Star rating.
The receptionist is unprofessional, unfriendly, has an attitude towards Dr. Irina Sahaki's patients that is uncalled for and that should not be condoned by any business. The unprofessional manner and tone from this woman led to the result that I will be moving my entire family to another dental care provider. I recommend that this receptionist undergoes mandatory soft-skills training or is replaced by a kinder and polite team member, who sounds pleasant whether on the phone or in-person.
